Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 occupational therapy for pediatric and young adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Manage caseloads and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants where applicable. Collaborate with ABA, speech-language pathology, and mental health teams to support patient independence. Work flexible day schedules Monday through Friday, with options for 3x12 or 4- to 5-day rotations during urgent staffing needs. Engage with interdisciplinary colleagues in a team-oriented, owner-operated practice serving infants through early-adult populations with a significant Medicaid base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient pediatric or mixed pediatric-to-young-adult settings
- Experience providing 1:1 therapy and managing caseloads in an outpatient clinic
- Comfort working with children and young adults who present a range of behaviors; ability to collaborate with ABA, SLP, and mental health teams
- Familiarity with Fusion EMR
- Ability to supervise COTAs
