Job Summary
Conduct full-time occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting with access to a large therapy gym, training kitchen, and training bathroom. Deliver rehabilitation care as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team within a fast-paced rehab environment. Maintain an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or complete necessary qualifications to earn licensure, including an ACOTE-accredited degree and NBCOT® certification. Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license
- Necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license

- Fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
