Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

Job Summary
Consult with patients to evaluate their physical condition and its impact on daily occupations, well-being, and quality of life. Assess and interpret patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic techniques to maximize performance in activities of daily living, and assess home environments to recommend modifications. Provide clinical education to patients, family members, and caregivers while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to monitor treatment response and modify interventions. Ensure all treatments and documentation comply with established plans of care, company policies, and state/federal regulations. Maintain an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license in good standing with all regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Current knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices
- Ability to manage patients with varying personalities and needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred
- Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
