Occupational Therapist, Full Time, Day Shift

Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and current CPR or BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' occupational therapy experience
