Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using approved protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Delano.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
- Understanding of the contents of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' occupational therapy experience
