Occupational Therapist (Full-time, Day Shift)

Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Requires a Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, state licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Sierra Vista's Level III NICU and trauma center in San Luis Obispo.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' occupational therapy experience
