Job Summary
Plans and conducts segments of occupational therapy treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions; serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups; conducts evaluations and establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans; provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols; completes documentation and supervises assigned assistants; participates in safety and employment requirements (vaccinations, E-Verify).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- Occupational Therapy Licensure in the state of practice (duplicate mention)
