Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Markesan, WI. Responsible for evaluating residents’ physical, cognitive, and functional needs and developing individualized treatment plans; documenting assessments, treatment sessions, and progress in an EMR; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; and providing education to residents, caregivers, and staff. Requires OT degree and active Wisconsin OT license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the position
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric populations preferred
- Ability to evaluate residents‘ physical, cognitive, and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Experience with documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress in an electronic medical record
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and provide education to residents, caregivers, and staff
