Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Develop and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; obtain and update physician orders. Role requires a degree in OT from an AOTA-accredited program and active state licensure; NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state. New grads welcome with available mentorship. Immigration support for H1B candidates, including transfers and new filings. Opportunities for promotion and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
