Job Summary
Occupational Therapist - Full-Time at Renewal Rehab (Enhance Therapies family) in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT认证为OTR(如州要求)
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
