Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Develop and implement personalized care plans; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements; obtain and update physician orders; support ongoing clinical growth and mentorship, including opportunities for new grads. Requires state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and NBCOT certification as applicable; immigration support provided for H1B candidates including transfers and new filings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in state of practice
- NBCOT certification (OTR) if required by state
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
