Job Summary
Organize and conduct medically prescribed Occupational Therapy programs to guide individuals in improving their quality of life following injury, disease, or loss of a body part, considering patient gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs. Demonstrate skills in upper extremity splinting and rehab while maintaining an empathetic and understanding attitude. Requires a Montana-licensed OT graduate with 15 years of experience experience commensurate with salary. Full-time employment includes health, dental, life, disability, and FLEX/HSA benefits with a $20,000 discretionary sign-on bonus. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional course of education, which is accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Licensed to practice in the state of Montana
- Skills in upper extremity splinting and rehab
- Amiable personality
- Ability to make sound judgments
- Ability to maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients
- Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen
