Occupational Therapist, FT Days, $54.66/hr, StaffFlex contract

Occupational Therapist (OT) on a StaffFlex contract schedule, with 13-week blocks, full-time or part-time options. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, performing initial assessments, applying diagnostic/prognostic testing for musculoskeletal, neurological, and neuromuscular conditions, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and using activities to maximize independence in activities of daily living. Utilize sensorimotor, neuromuscular re-education, and hand therapy techniques; provide ADL training, home safety education, splinting, and occupational therapy education; collaborate with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team, participate in discharge planning, and document care with compliant medical records. Requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with flexibility to float to different areas/sites and work weekends/holidays as needed. Licensure (OT) and BLS/CPR certifications are required; a bachelor's degree in OT is required, with master’s and doctorate preferred.
