Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Drive rewarding patient outcomes while abolishing ageism through pioneer geriatric house call services. Work in Fort Dodge and surrounding Iowa locations with flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Full-time, part-time, PRN, or flex positions available; new grads may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
