Job Summary
Conduct initial and re-evaluations using formal and informal measures to synthesize results, confirm diagnoses, and formulate Individualized Plans of Care. Perform weekly therapy sessions with evidence-based practice while providing parent education and home programming. Complete accurate documentation of evaluations and sessions, maintain productivity standards, and ensure a clean, safe treatment space. Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Audiology, and administrative staff, referring to external professionals when necessary. Attend weekly round table meetings, pursue continuing education, and actively communicate via Microsoft Outlook. Complete scheduling and documentation through Practice Perfect, utilize the payroll system to report time, and submit weekly productivity stats.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs (OT)
- Must be able to read small print
- Must be able to interact verbally with children, caregivers and the public
- Must be able to type on a keyboard
