Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed at Avante Ocala Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Full-time role to oversee and coordinate resident assessments, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the in-house therapy department, and provide/direct services including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, as well as related documentation.Works under physicians' orders and documents daily care per established guidelines.
