Job Summary
Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques within home health and hospice agencies across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Obtain and maintain Occupational Therapy licensure and CPR or BLS certification as required. Receive annual vaccinations per policy with applicable exemptions. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
