Job Summary
Conduct in-home occupational therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques to ensure quality standards. Complete patient evaluations to identify assessment areas requiring attention and address them through personalized care plans. Provide therapy services across home health and hospice agencies in California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington, adhering to Adventist Health's safety and wellbeing policies. Maintain required CPR or BLS certification and complete all applicable vaccinations as a condition of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Completion of all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
