Occupational Therapist

Provide community-based occupational therapy services including in-home or school-site pediatrics and adult client care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and equipment vendors to facilitate function. Develop client-centered plans with inter-professional teams, adjust services to reflect client-centered approaches, and maintain professional records in compliance with policies. Maintain knowledge and skills to ensure safe, efficient, and effective practice, and participate in an accessible, inclusive hiring process. Roles involve electronic documentation, flexible scheduling, mileage compensation, and a patient-centered, outcome-focused approach to improving clients’ occupational performance within home, school, and community settings.
