Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist (PART TIME) in Clarion, IA. Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy to residents in a long-term care/post-acute setting. Responsibilities include screening/evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL limitations, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, administering therapeutic interventions (ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices), monitoring progress, adjusting treatments, documenting outcomes, and providing consultation to patients, families, and other health team members. Deliver comprehensive discharge summaries and collaborate with the in-house therapy and nursing teams while maintaining standards of regulatory and clinical practice. Licensed OT with opportunity for clinical mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
