Job Summary
Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders; develop care plans following regulatory and clinical standards; utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions; provide rehabilitative treatment for cognitive and/or ADL disorders, adhering to regulatory requirements; administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan and adjust treatments based on patient progress; offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license is required.
