Job Summary
Occupational Therapist at Clarion Wellness & Rehab Center. Responsible for screening/evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL functioning disorders and developing a plan of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provides rehabilitative, skilled treatment and administers procedures (ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices) and adjusts treatments based on patient progress. Delivers consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other providers; communicates progress with the health team; prepares comprehensive discharge summaries. The role includes opportunities for leadership in therapy management, collaboration with in-house therapy teams, and advancement in clinical skills within a post-acute care setting. Qualifications include being a Licensed Occupational Therapist, with a professional degree and ability to apply for state licensure; visa candidates welcome to apply.
