Job Summary
Be an Occupational Therapist delivering direct occupational therapy care to patients in need, supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate progress, and contribute to a collaborative rehab team at Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting. Qualifications include current licensure or state-required certification and CPR; Master’s Degree is preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.
