Occupational Therapist

Deliver direct occupational therapy to inpatients, supervise treatments and interventions, develop personalized care plans, assess patient needs, build meaningful relationships with patients, and support successful recovery. Utilize advanced OT skills to empower patients toward independence and improved quality of life within a collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation environment. Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience), licensed/certified per state requirements, and CPR certification. This role focuses on compassionate, evidence-based care, multidisciplinary teamwork, patient assessment, and goal-directed interventions to drive meaningful outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
