Job Summary
Provide direct care to patients as an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation, supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to foster successful rehabilitation outcomes. Collaborate within a supportive team environment and utilize available resources to deliver compassionate, high-quality OT services and contribute to positive patient outcomes within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation network.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
