Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns, and build meaningful patient relationships to support independence and improved quality of life within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilize evidence-based approaches, and contribute to positive patient outcomes in a supportive Encompass Health environment. Requires state licensure and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience
