Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrate patient victories along the way. Requires current state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience. Working within a large post-acute care organization, you’ll contribute to high-quality, compassionate care and participate in ongoing professional development and a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications

- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
