Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create and adjust personalized care plans, build meaningful relationships with patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and independence. Utilize specialized OT skills to deliver compassionate, individualized care and contribute to positive outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
