Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guiding assessments and treatments; develop personalized care plans and target patient concerns; build meaningful relationships to support recovery; supervise care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and use specialized skills to deliver compassionate, high-quality OT services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
