Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and independence. Collaborate with a supportive team, deliver compassionate, high-quality care, and utilize technology to optimize outcomes for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
