Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist, provide direct patient care in inpatient rehabilitation, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Build meaningful patient relationships, monitor progress, and collaborate with a supportive team to drive meaningful recovery outcomes. Utilize clinical expertise and compassionate, individualized care to empower patients toward independence, celebrate small victories, and deliver high-quality rehabilitation services using available technology.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience
