Job Summary
Directly provide occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrating patient victories along the way. Collaborate with a supportive team and utilize access to advanced technology to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that improves independence and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
