Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery, celebrating patient victories along the way. Works within a collaborative team to deliver compassionate, personalized care using established protocols and access to rehabilitation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
