Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guiding patients through assessments and the development of personalized care plans. Deliver top-tier, compassionate, and individualized therapeutic care, supervise treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. Build meaningful patient relationships, contribute to successful recoveries, and leverage available technology to support independence and quality of life. Demonstrate empathy, prioritize patient-centered outcomes, and participate in ongoing professional growth and education as part of a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
