Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including guiding patients through assessments, creating personalized care plans, supervising treatments, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate progress, and contribute to outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires current state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience). Emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care and professional growth within Encompass Health’s collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
