Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy care to inpatient rehabilitation patients, including guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based interventions. Possess current state licensure or certification, CPR certification, and an educational background with a Master’s Degree preferred (or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience). Emphasizes teamwork within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader expanding access to cutting-edge technology and comprehensive benefits.
