Occupational Therapist

Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy, guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver compassionate, high-quality OT services, drive meaningful outcomes in patients' recovery, and contribute to comprehensive, evidence-based care plans. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience. Emphasis on building relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs to support independence and quality of life.
