Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to deliver direct OT care to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, addressing patient concerns, and celebrating patient progress. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery, and contribute to outcomes within a collaborative Encompass Health team known for growth and compassionate care. Qualifications require current state licensure/certification and CPR; a Master’s Degree is preferred (or a Bachelor's plus relevant experience).
