Job Summary
Direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy, guiding patient care by supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way and contribute to a collaborative, compassionate rehabilitation team leveraging access to advanced technology.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
