Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guide and supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate victories in recovery, and collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team using best-practice techniques and cutting-edge technology to drive meaningful outcomes and independence. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
