Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in need, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to outcomes within an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health. The role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, leveraging specialized OT skills and collaborative teamwork to improve independence and quality of life for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
