Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by dedicating time to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and independence. Collaborate with a supportive team, celebrate patient victories, and utilize cutting-edge technology to deliver compassionate, personalized care and ensure positive outcomes. Masters' degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with sufficient field experience; current state licensure or certification and CPR certification required.
