Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to promote independence and improved quality of life. Build meaningful patient relationships, ensure holistic care across physical, mental, and emotional needs, and collaborate with a motivated team using advanced technologies to drive positive outcomes. Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with sufficient experience) and active state licensure/CPR certification are required.
