Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including patient assessments, creation of personalized care plans, supervision of care and treatments, and efforts to improve independence and quality of life. Build meaningful patient relationships, utilize specialized skills to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, and contribute to successful recovery outcomes in a team-oriented inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires current licensure or certification, CPR certification, and either a Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience; advanced education preferred to support professional growth and ongoing learning.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification for Occupational Therapy
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
