Job Summary
Occupational Therapist providing direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, addressing patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs, and fostering meaningful relationships to support recovery. Collaboration with a supportive, interdisciplinary team and utilization of evidence-based, compassionate care to improve quality of life. Requires current licensure or certification per state regulations and CPR certification; master's degree preferred (or bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience) to enable professional growth within a nationally recognized rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
