Job Summary
Occupational Therapist providing direct rehab care to inpatient rehabilitation patients, including patient assessments, development of personalized care plans, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes. Must hold current state licensure or certification and CPR certification. Master's Degree is preferred (or a Bachelor's Degree with sufficient field experience). Emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care, building meaningful patient relationships, and leveraging evidence-based practices to support independence and recovery.
