Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns, and build meaningful therapeutic relationships to support successful recoveries. Bring compassionate, patient-centered care using advanced assessment and intervention skills; collaborate within a multidisciplinary team; demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional growth and delivering high-quality outcomes. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with substantial experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
