Job Summary
Occupational Therapist with direct patient care responsibilities in inpatient rehabilitation. Deliver individualized, compassionate care; develop and implement personalized care plans; conduct patient assessments; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; facilitate patient progress toward independence and improved quality of life; supervise treatments and address patient concerns while leveraging advanced technology and ongoing professional growth opportunities. Requires current licensure or certification per state regulations and CPR certification; Master’s degree is preferred (or a BA/BS with sufficient experience).
