Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guiding assessments, creating personalized care plans, and delivering compassionate, top-tier care. Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team, build meaningful patient relationships, and use specialized skills to address physical, mental, and emotional needs to drive successful recoveries. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and targeting patient concerns to achieve meaningful outcomes. Qualifications require state licensure/certification, CPR certification, and a Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience; strong commitment to education and ongoing professional growth within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation setting.
