Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support independence and quality of life. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive positive patient outcomes, celebrate small victories in recovery, and deliver compassionate, individualized care. A Master's degree is preferred (or a Bachelor's degree with sufficient experience) and state licensure is required along with CPR certification. This role emphasizes hands-on patient care, treatment planning, and patient-centered goals within an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
